Director

My name is Nathan Winters and I incorporated Inspired Smart Living Ltd in late February 2019.

Having worked for nearly 20 years in the IT industry, I have had experience working for and with some of the biggest, most successful companies on the planet including the last ten+ at Microsoft. Throughout that time, I've taken the most enjoyment from building communities and supporting individuals and companies to achieve their goals. This has taken many forms, but highlights include:

The last five years managing teams worldwide, with all the complexity and cultural nuances that this brings.
Presenting on email and voice platforms at huge industry conferences.
Starting and growing a user group that helped launch more than one successful career in the industry.
Authoring three technical books in the early 2010s about Microsoft Exchange and Lync.

In the last couple of years, I've found that I had a growing desire to get back to working on a smaller scale, driving recognisable impact for people, whilst making use of all the experience I've picked up from corporate life. This is what led me to start Inspired Smart Living Ltd. As of March 2021, my family and I have moved from Surrey to Hythe in Kent, and I now have the opportunity to focus full time on Inspired Smart Living Ltd.
